Upon the recommendation from a good friend we engaged the services of Skip Kirst to assist in selling our beachfront condo and buying a house in New Smyrna Beach. Not only did he do everything a great agent would do, he went above and beyond by investing his personal time to get to know us and understand our “style.” This personal approach not only shows Skip’s valued interest in his clients but allowed us to only be directed to property that suited us. As we got to know Skip through these sales we developed a friendship that has continued beyond our closings. Our condo sold within the first week with multiple offers and we were able to enter into a contract for our dream home within two weeks after our condo contract was signed.
